RETURN POLICY

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items can be returned for size change, credit store or refund within 15 days from the date of shipment.


Return Instructions

  • The returned items must not show any sign of use and must have the warranty seals intact.
  • Before making the return must be authorized by GERPIAN srl which issues an RMA code (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • To request the return authorization, the Customer must send an email to info@isola2.it within 15 days from receipt of the goods, containing the codes of the items that you intend to return or the order number in case of total return; it must be specified if a change of size, credit store or refund is requested.
  • Once the return request has been received, GERPIAN srl will send the Customer an email containing the RMA code and return instructions.
  • Return shipments must be made exclusively with the courier which will be indicated in the "Return Instructions" email, otherwise the shipment may be refused.
  • Unauthorized shipments or those reporting an incorrect RMA code on the package will be rejected.
  • The costs for shipping costs for change of size are free. (1 change)

Costs for shipping costs for RETURN WITH REFUND sono:

Italy: 10 Euros

Europe: 25 Euros

Extra CEE: 35 Euros

For the countries EXTRA CEE any eventual import expense or tax is the responsibility of the customer.

The RETURN SHIPMENTS for repayment requests for countries outside the European Union I AM NOT WITHOUT EXPENSES. Any import tax and expense is charged to the customer.


The customer can choose 3 types of compensation: 

  1. Change size: you can change for a different size of the same item, if available. Only one free goods change is allowed for each authorized return.

  2. Refund: Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed. Reimbursement amounts will be made using the same method of payment made by the customer.

  3. Store Credit or Good: can be used only once within 6 months from the time of return and can only be used for the same type of discounts.

The return of the items must be received at the office of, within 15 days from the written authorization to the Customer by the Returns Department.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN

  • The seal of guarantee and protection present on the items that are returned, must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any sign of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and not show any signs of any kind, the sticker / safety label affixed to the soles and / or in any other part of the shoes, will not be removed, nor altered in color and shape. 
  • Each garment must be returned including all the original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.
  • All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all effects an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging. 
  • Returns must be sent within the FashioBuy box.
  • In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by GERPIAN srl is required to follow the same instructions above. GERPIAN srl reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods. 
  • GERPIAN srl reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or sent by couriers other than those indicated in the email with return instructions.
  • GERPIAN srl will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
