You can return most of the new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive a refund within four weeks of returning the package to the return courier, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period of time includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the courier (from 5 to 10 working days), the time needed to process the return once received (from 3 to 5 working days) and the time required for your bank to process our reimbursement request (5 to 10 working days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link in the My Account menu and click the Return Item (s) button. We will send you an e-mail notification of the refund once received and processed the returned item.
We can ship virtually to any address in the world. Keep in mind that there are restrictions on some products and that some products can not be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight. The weight of any article of this type can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded to the next complete pound.
